Poolside Garden in Blue and White - Westport, CT The team at Austin Ganim Landscape Design, LLC is excited to share the featured was the Blue and White Poolside Garden, a beautiful Westport, CT garden that reflects our town's peaceful sophistication and moments of joy, a gorgeous garden for our diverse clientele across Fairfield County and beyond. The starting point for this was the vision of a sanctuary a space that would allow for quiet reflection and serve as an easy transition from the pool-side environment. This design mixes blue and white bursting with colorful foliage and seasonal interest providing hydrangea, white rose and blue salvia with nature's art. To create consistency, we used high-quality materials that complemented one another; for instance, we added natural stone walkways made of local bluestone and built-in planters that will not only look good together but can last longer as well. The other challenge was that the ground in and around the pool area was on a bit of a slope. Having developed almost all of the design elements, our team carefully sculpted a set of terraced gardens for maximum planting efficiency that also allow a smooth flow from the pool deck down to the verdant, elevated garden beds. It solved the drainage problem, but was also a new landscaping design that were visually pleasing spaces. The end product is a garden that is simply stunning and is inviting to stay and enjoy. The bold azure and white color scheme forms an airy escape, ideal for sun-drenched days or tranquil evenings next to the pool. The client loved the final results, which is the perfect embodiment of functionality and beauty that Austin Ganim Landscape Design, LLC is known for.
