Grand Estate The Grand Estate was completed by Szafranski Landscape Architecture and is a true realization of our craft and design. Located in the heart of Tulsa, the large residence was reimagined into a beautiful outdoor extension to integrate the opulence of the environment into a resort-like atmosphere. The highlights a wide range of fully landscaped elements including a unique collection of native Oklahoma plants, including forbs, grasses, and trees, that we carefully selected to support and thrive in the Oklahoma climate. Our featured custom-cut stone paths made from locally-sourced limestone that we positioned and fashioned to move visitors through the multi-use gardens as well as around the new, redesigned, water featurea specifically designed pond housing koi. The changes to the landscape also included enhancing the garden area with colorful lilies to contrast our natural aesthetic. One of the challenges we undertook as a team was managing variable site topography. Our experienced team of professionals executed a graded site plan that addressed water drainage concerns while comfortably managing the flow of the topography. Our team met noted challenges while improving the property's functional mechanisms and aesthetic depth and visual interest to the estate. The material quality for our continued with our intentional focus on creating a space that would withstand the elements and visual design to become part of the . Specifically, we used durable outdoor furniture made of sustainable teak to extend service to the clients in the outdoor environment while not jeopardizing visual design or comfort. In the end, the accomplished results created a beautiful that the clients and their guests enjoy both as a getaway space for family and friends and as an outdoors location for respite.
