Durham Farms by The Greathouse Company LLC Durham Farms is an amazing landscaping located in Nashville. It is a reflection of The Greathouse Company's legacy of quality and innovation. We are proud to serve the unique needs of the communities of Antioch, Belle Meade, Berry Hill, Brentwood, Forest Hills, Franklin, Goodlettsville, and Oak Hill, and bringing this large open space to life with a landscape that works with nature. Our team of artisans and horticulturalists took the challenge of synthesizing native plantings, hardscaping, and outdoor living spaces. Our team used locally sourced stone, permeable pavers, and sustainable plants to be, not only durable, but environmentally neutral. One of our biggest hurdles to overcome was the slope of the property, which required a great deal of planning and treatment to have tiered gardens and pathways that eased accessibility and added layers of visual interest. In addition, our team implemented a detailed drainage system to control the water run-off from storms to protect the landscape and the house from erosion. As a result of the work, we have produced a spectacular outdoor space with a tranquil water feature, generous patio for entertaining and flowers blooming all the time. Not only were we able to exceed the client's expectations, we also created a beautiful space for the family to host gatherings, and a space to retreat to for area wildlife.
