Located in the downtown Western Springs area, this outdoor space was designed to offer the best transition from indoor living space to outdoor living space. As with most job sites, uneven terrain was our greatest challenge, but the D & M team carefully planned to solve this by creating multi levels on the deck that not only are visually beautiful but also enhance the usability of the area. The team took great care to make sure the correct drainage was installed and the different elevations were stable for extending longevity and maintenance. Trex decking provides a durable and low maintenance surface, while cedar railings add a natural and elegant beauty that brings warmth and character to this setting, The collaboration of the two materials bring to life an amazing contrast that is appealing and enhances the overall aesthetic of the backyard space. The end result is an amazing outdoor escape that provides seating areas that are comfortable and integrated beautifully with the landscaping that was designed to match our clients personal flair. The clients were very excited the outdoor transformation that not only upgraded their outdoor living space, but increased the overall value of their home as well!
