Still in Dayton, the 'HGTV Rowhouse Showdown' was an energetic team effort that turned a standard-issue urban backyard into a beautiful outdoor retreat. Buck-eye Lawn & Landscapingwith partner Oheil Irrigation Co.rose to the occasion, transforming this small space in Beavercreek, Ohioand its surrounding areas, including Bellbrook and Carlisle, to better serve the homeowner's functional needs while giving it a much improved appearance. This modern-day had an elaborate hardscape such as a chic stone patio that blended the interior entertainment and dining areas with the outdoor living space! An attractive graphic pattern was designed with high-quality pavers to give this driveway the endurance and beauty it deserves. A custom fire pit was designed to match the hardscape and to give family and friends a warm place to gather. We had dealt with an uneven topography, but one that needed to be graded and leveled for drainage and flow. We strategically planted native plants to bolster the resilience of the garden while considering flowering perennials arranged continuously with different colors and textures across the seasons. We prioritized the use of sustainable materials and eco-friendly practices where practicable, thus manifesting our environmental stewardship. In order to preserve the landscaping for the long haul, we included an automated Oheil Irrigation Co. irrigation system. This saves both water and ensures that each plant gets just the right amount of moisture help them grow green and healthy. The end product was an exquisite fusion of unspoiled beauty and contemporary style beyond the clients wildest expectations. The turning of this arms room into an aesthetically appealing space is the most inexpensive way to make money on an area and the more enjoyable place to kick back or entertain.
