"Simple But Elegant" - Florham Park, New Jersey Cashman Landscape Management & Design Inc. is pleased to present “Simple But Elegant,” a complete landscape design, build, and installation that was created in the charming borough of Florham Park, New Jersey. Our team was tasked with developing a blending elegance and simplicity into a meaningful outdoor space that invites tranquility. Some of the overall included an entire patio area formed of bluestone pavers that provided a solid and sharp-looking presence. This patio area is surrounded by easy-care lush plantings that guarantee seasonal blooms and year-round interest. Native plant choices of ornamental grasses and flowering perennials were strategically selected to grow in climate, beauty, and invitations to pollinators to visit the landscape. A challenge dealt with was the sloping property, which required grading out to ensure an adequate sub-base, as well as a properly placed oversized retaining wall that allowed for a level pad and garden beds. Cashman learned to navigate the unlevel outdoor surroundings so things not only looked beautiful but also provided function against erosion. By the end, the two-tone Houston street achieved an extraordinary accomplishment, transforming their backyard into a beautiful outdoor oasis for entertaining or simply relaxing outside. The purposeful separation of hardscape and softscape created a beautiful barrier between inside and outside, as the family had a diverse range of engaging experiences outside under the stars. Ultimately, and based on our thoughtful craftsmanship, Cashman Landscape Management & Design Inc. prided themselves on an elegant yet simple that brought beauty to the borough of Florham Park and demonstrated that they offer endless solutions for premium landscaping options.
