Located in North Raleigh, the was designed to make outdoor living space more enjoyable while also being consistent with the environment. The design and installation team was faced with varying terrain and drainage issues. After our pre-planning and installation phases we successfully planned and finished the with an overall solution to grading the landscape and machinery installation of a top-notch drainage plan. An increase in function use of the space was only one of the planned changes - it started the journey for plant life roles in the landscape. The installation started with the design of a natural-stone patio, detailing a fire pit with an aesthetically pleasing designed natural-stone surround to be a gathering block for family and friends. This area is surrounded with native plantings for the Carolina climate which will hold a low-maintenance boldness, and longevity as the plants still grow in the landscape. Using durable paving and also local stone would only also be chosen for service, but looking unique and original is more of a goal planar philosophy. Then at the end of the install, we chose lighting strategically for occurrence enhance the designed beauty for looks, security, and safety. After installation the end result is breathtaking outdoor living space that combines beauty, function and use, and environmental sustainability in one for lovely outdoor living. As we discussed the vast of space change with the client, they thanked us and expressed their delight - it truly will be a joy to have a wonderful retreat in their backyard.
