Six Forks A Transformational Landscaping Experience by DesignScapes of North Carolina, Ltd. The Six Forks , located in North Raleigh, is a prime example of the creativity and craftsmanship that DesignScapes of North Carolina, Ltd. is famous for. This huge landscaping turned a traditional backyard into an outdoor oasis for relaxation and entertaining. The included a stunning combination of hardscape and softscape. The team began building an elegantly designed paver patio using quality Belgard pavers that are stylish and long-lasting. Curved pathways made of natural stone lead visitors through garden beds filled with a variety of native and perennial plants selected for seasonal bloom. A unique challenge of this property was the slope of the land. To take advantage of the slope, we constructed the landscape beds on tiers, supported by natural boulders, to provide visual interest, drainage, and soil retention. This provided visual and functional space for planting and outdoor activities, all while enhancing the beauty of the landscaping design. The concluded with the installation of a custom firepit, complete with comfortable seating for entertaining families and friends. We also included low-profile landscape lighting to accentuate impactful features while providing a warm ambient light for nighttime gatherings. The clients were very happy with the outcome of their landscaping , as they now have a beautiful outdoor space that fits their lifestyle and adds value to their property. Each element of the plan shows that we care quality work and when our customers are satisfied.
