About This Project

Banbury Meadows Modern Landscape is pleased to share the recently completed Banbury Meadows by Zach Evans Construction. Located in the heart of Boise, this enormous landscape illustrates our dedication to quality and innovation in the Eagle, Garden City, Meridian, Star, Middleton, Nampa, and Caldwell communities. The started with a careful site analysis where our team familiarized its self with the unique site topography and soil. The topographical integration of the natural slope (see 9/03-1, 9/03-2, 9/03-3) posed a further challenge to provide the necessary drainage (see 9/03-4, 9/03-5). However, our professionals over came this by designing a tiered garden, with the use of natural stone retaining walls that fit into the surrounding environment. Banbury Meadows centers around an elaborate outdoor living area ideal for lounging or entertaining. Collective outdoor area with an architectural-style terrace made with imperishable, weather-resistant pavers diction. We planted a suite of native plants, providing both visual interest and the opportunity for increased biodiversity. It featured colorful perennials, ornamental grasses, and flowering shrubs with blooms spread across the seasons to keep the landscape stunning 365 days a year. For added ambience, we had added a beautifully installed, gently bubbling water feature. This feature was made of natural boulders gathere in the vicinity, and serves to highlight the LOCAL focus of the . Quality up-lighting was strategically placed to highlight key landscaping features and light up pathways to create a magical experience at night. It has resulted in a beautiful piece that functions as intended and the client is thrilled. Banbury Meadows proves how Modern Landscape never fails to deliver quality landscaping beyond your expectations. We’ve designed an outdoor space to meet her dreams and goals all while bringing the natural beauty of Idaho to life and creating a perfect backdrop for family gatherings or quiet evenings all with a high level of detail and care for her vision.
