About This Project

Sandy Springs HOA Common Space Upgrade SHM Landscape is pleased to announce the COMPLETION of beach area upgrade AND revitalization of a common space for Sandy Springs HOA and its residents. The Sandy Springs HOA common space upgrade is a focused on enhancing the outdoor community experience by creating an enjoyable outdoor setting that is pleasing and environmentally responsible. We have presented our clients with an inviting experience using a combination of native planting, durable hardscaping elements, and colorful florals. Drought resistant species were used to decrease water consumption, establish robust landscape environments and reduce maintenance. Using high-quality materials such as permeable pavers for walkways and lounging areas increased rose and beauty and helped with drainage issues and erosion that were prominent in this area. Our construction process was challenged with limitations to space and existing infrastructure. Our designer and team demonstrated their expertise by creatively redesigning the layout of the and optimizing use of the space while taking into consideration the existing trees and structures and allowing the community to interact with the well-designed landscape while maintaining nature. The Sandy Springs HOA now enjoys a common space that includes winding paths, a comfortable seating area, and an inviting gathering space with seasonal flowers. This green common space encourages community, a unique area for gathering, and an experience that creates a momentary escape from the city. The HOA Board of Directors expressed great happiness with the common space upgrade, and truly appreciated the combination of functionality and elegance to the overall design. The Sandy Springs HOA common space upgrade displayed SHM Landscape's high level of workmanship and commitment to restoring and improving the spaces we service.
