Century City - TREX Decking by California Deck Builders In the center of Century City, California Deck Builders' TREX Decking is a great example of cutting-edge landscape design and construction. This made a significant impression on the surrounding communities of Bel Air, Beverly Hills, Brentwood, and beyond, highlighting both the beauty of our quality work and our commitment to sustainability. This presented a challenge in that we needed to create an outdoor living space that fit the contemporary architecture of the home and added to the surrounding landscape. We spent a long time considering the best pocket of material and eventually chose TREX composite decking, which is known for durability and being environmentally conscious. This product is long lasting and low maintenance, while the finished material has a rich texture that works well with the greenery and provides a comfortable living space for relaxing and entertaining. In addition to TREX decking, we used beautiful planter boxes filled with native California vegetation that will grow well in the local climate, and again help with water usage. Also, ambient lighting provided along the perimeter of the decking will allow for gathering at night, offering a calming retreat. There were s challenges while building this space to consider, including limited access to the site as well as existing landscaping. Nevertheless, through knowledgeable planning and execution, our team was able to finish the in the scheduled timeframe surpassing the client's expectations. The end result is an outdoor oasis that marries functionality and beauty, while our client was pleased and impressed by the 's finish and attention to detail that enhanced their outdoor living experience.
