Custom Water Features, Wall, & Planting Garnet Valley Farms Custom Water Features, Wall, & Planting Permalink Garnet Valley Farms is proud to present our most recent landscaping , a beautiful new landscape for a home in the heart of our service area including Arden, Aston, Media, and more. The outdoor space features a water feature as the centerpiece, which showcases our signature craftsmanship and design ability of the . We built the waterfall, using natural stone and high-grade materials, so it gently flows into the calm pond below, surrounded by refreshing vegetation. This provides you a tranquil sound of trickling water that attracts wildlife making it a natural sound enhancer for your property. The challenge for us was to make it seem as if the water feature had always been there, with no disruption to drainage and a minimal disturbance of the vegetation. Alongside the water feature, we designed a beautiful ability wall using locally sourced stone, that serves a functional purpose, as well as being visually pleasing. Besides providing structural support, this wall also serves as an ideal backdrop for a varied planting plan. Since all of these plants are local to the area, the landscape encourages more sustainability and less maintenance for the homeowner, so we chose an array of native plants, shrubs and grass plants that thrive in our region of WI. It is a fusion of water, stone, and foliage, turning the back yard into a refuge for the client. The professional attention to detail and high quality work really shows in the finish and the homeowner was pleased with how much better the landscape looked and functioned.
