About This Project

Corralitos Deanna Foster Landscape Design presents 'Corralitos' - a beautiful makeover in the heart of Pasadena This is a great representation of our quality of work combining natural beauty with design-functionality. With precise planning and execution, we created what the client envisioned an outdoor oasis of calm relaxation. Native trees, shrubs, paths and a water feature blend gracefully in the Corralitos landscape. In selecting our materials, we opted for quality, sustainability and continuityreclaimed stone for the pathways, local trees that needed to come down for other building s in the estate for the outdoor lounge area and eco-friendly design for the decking to ensure a natural flow. High points were an incredible challenge: they required creative grading and drainage solutions, some of which would need to be big enough to stand the test of time as well as the eye. We built tiered garden beds that blended beautifully into the landscape while maximizing soil retention and water management. The final result? A magical garden escape, perfect for unwinding or entertaining, all featuring custom firepit with light fixtures which turn this place into a complete different space in the evening. Spanning 5 cities in total but still, the clients were mighty pleased with their new piece of outdoor bliss which added character through a mix of contemporary forms and green nature to enhance their outdoor living experience.
