WORK: Rittenhouse Square Park by Fine Garden Creations Rittenhouse Square park right in the centre of the city finished up by Fine Garden Creations, which is yet another that shows how creatively and innovatively this company scored on quality landscaping. Spanning 3+ Acres of urban greenspace, nature was integrated with functionality to create an oasis. Using our expert knowledge, we designed a variety of garden beds with a combination of native plants and perennial blooms to achieve seasonal color while remaining environmentally and economically sustainable. To preserve the natural beauty of the local environment and encourage environmental stewardship, we used high-quality materials such as stone paths that are locally sourced and biodegradable, long-lasting and environmentally friendly mulch. Some of the biggest challenges were the existing drainage issues with the park and how that would affect the health of the new plantings. Installation of a new, more advanced drainage system that is taking care of the water retention, optimizing soil health. We also added a elaborate irrigation network to give every plant the tenderness they deserve, even in the dry summer months. The end result is a stunning landscape that complements the beauty of Rittenhouse Square Park, but also provides a crucial green space for the people. With the combination of seating areas, walking paths and colorful flower beds, the park has become a focal point for both locals and tourists. Note: The client commented that they loved how the two tied together, further cementing Fine Garden Creations' as the go-to landscaping service in Arden, Ardmore, and other nearby areas.
