Drexel Hill Residence The Drexel Hill Residence is yet another fine transformation showcasing our detail oriented approach to creating beautiful landscapes. This house located on the mainest of Drexel Hill streets received a whole new suite of outdoor rooms focused on both form and function. The resulting consisted of a tasteful integration of native planting, beautiful hardscaping and sustainable design strategies. Natural stone pathways and boulders that will stand the test of time, all sourced locally function to connect the home to its surrounding environment. We built a welcoming interlock paver patio which became the focal point for summer gatherings and accented the landscape at night with LED lighting. The slope was most challenging during the construction, and we had to come up with lots of ideas to drain the excess water flowing on the site. Experts at So Cal Green Landscape feature an efficient grading and french drain system, maintaining a balance between a functional and beautiful landscape in the long term. The use of drought-tolerant ornamental grasses and flowering perennials supplied interest throughout the entire year while conserving water. We also helped build a custom raised garden bed for the client to grow their own herbs and vegetables, making this home even more inviting and functional. The end result was a stunning exterior retreat that wowed the client, with a much needed place of solace for rest and play! This is the Drexel Hill Residence, and it is a perfect example of Fine Garden Creations mission to create beautiful landscapes that enhance the lives of our clients in the Greater Philadelphia area and beyond!
