Naperville Private Residence Patio CB Conlin Landscapes Inc. is excited to introduce the Naperville Private Residence Patio , a beautiful landscape upgrade aimed at improving the function and aesthetics of our client’s backyard. This embodies our high level of craftsmanship and imaginative landscape design, serving the great community of Naperville and surrounding areas. The patio is designed with a sophisticated mix of natural stone pavers and composite decking, which brings the indoors outside. The warm, natural colors we used were specifically selected to fit into the existing landscape. We designed a custom fire pit with built-in seat walls, creating a place to gather and enjoy the patio area at night. We always enjoy a challenge, and the uneven slope of our client's backyard was a matter to work through. The grading and drainage plan needed to allow for usage and success for our client long-term. Properly corresponding to this issue was the installation of the state-of-the-art drainage system integrated within the patio construction. Water buildup will ultimately create issues for patio independence, so we wanted the patio constructed to leave the area feeling clean for use year-round without interruption. We also planted elements to highlight additional landscape features such as ornamental grasses and other native plants to improve quality, beauty, and sustainability. The native plants are strategically located to provide privacy and peacefulness while also appearing natural in the landscape and attracting local wildlife. In the end, the clients loved how their patio turned out and the patio exceeded their expectations. The combination of thoughtful design, quality materials, and attention to detail helped create a stylish addition to their overall home. The integration of the patio within the existing landscape was seamless, and our client will appreciate the function for hosting adds to their lifestyle.
