This complete landscaping was to create a calm and utilitarian backyard oasis to meet the client’s idea of a backyard getaway. This included the careful selection of a large variety of native plant materials, rock boulders for aesthetics and shade, and a custom paver patio that bled into the surrounding environment. The company faced major issues such as difficult grading and water issues, employing grading practices and efficient drainage. The company utilized high-quality materials, including eco-friendly soil amendments with added weather-resistant pavers to preserve and maintain the longevity of the backyard. A water feature of a cascading fountain was installed in the space to create a calming sound from the flowing water. To complete the landscape, ambient lighting was done to provide atmosphere while also illuminating the surrounding nature for nighttime social activities. The client was very happy with the final product, and their backyard was turned into a beautiful escape. The client now has a space providing a balance between nature and design, making the backyard usable for themselves, friendship and family!
