About This Project

Play Areas Built by Allstate Landscape & Southwest Greens Allstate Landscape & Southwest Greens are excited to present their "Play Areas" - a lively and active space for families, created for the local and surrounding communities in Granada Hills. This reflects their commitment to quality, creativity, and practicality, taking a previously vacant area and revitalizing it into an exciting playground for children and a calm oasis for parents. The was completed using high quality, sustainable materials through-out including: rubberized surfaces, artificial turf, and hand-crafted wooden play structures. The design had its logistical challenges because of a steep grade along with limited access for heavy machinery to do construction in the area, we met these challenges with innovative thinking and communication and were able to create a safe and accessible play structure area. The finish is spectacular. The Play Areas have climbing walls, slides, natural sensory garden, and more - they are beautifully designed and integrated with native plantings that incorporate natural elements and beauty to the the site. The features are not only a wonderful opportunity to be active and allow children to explore and engage with their imaginative play opportunities, but it is also a great educational tool for developing environmental consciousness for children. Now, families from Granada Hill, Newhall, Santa Clarita, and the communities around have a good looking, multi-use group of areas for active play and socializing. It was joy to complete the using Allstate Landscape & Southwest Greens high standards for quality and customer satisfaction. The residents are excited the and ready to socialize with their neighborhood in this magical premise for active gatherings, formal or informal. The Play Areas will be used for birthday parties or just an afternoon of fun or an opportunity to connect with the community.
