The first began with a thorough consultation to understand the homeowner’s vision and needs for their lifestyle. The site featured a large back yard area that needed a cohesive design to enhance the natural beauty of the yard, while creating other functional outdoor living spaces. Our highly-trained staff worked tirelessly to provide a landscape that was both beautiful and practical. This ’s main features included a beautiful custom stone patio made of locally sourced coral stone that provides the owner a functional and beautiful area for entertaining. We also introduced a wide selection of native plants around the patio area for color and fragrance (namely bougainvillea and jasmine) that added beautification and support local wildlife. We included a vertical garden wall that not only provided privacy but also tranquility through the presence of a variety of ferns and succulents that tie cohesively into the design. One of the challenges encountered through the included significant drainage issues to overcome. We were able to successfully plan and engineer a grading solution that would prevent flooding and allow for proper water flow across the yard for years to come. We believe that it is important to address these types of issues as we look to not only deliver beauty, but also functionality and sustainability. Overall, the provides a beautiful outdoor oasis for the homeowners to enjoy year round. We included ambient lighting to decrease the likelihood of the homeowners visiting their space in the dark. We also included a custom fire pit to enjoy those evenings sitting outside looking at the stars!
