Bayfront Bliss LandArt Associates, LLC. is excited to offer 'Bayfront Bliss,' a gorgeous construction which turned a waterfront site into a captivating outdoor setting. Located in the charming area of Baltimore, this integrated the landscape with cutting-edge design and connected the environment with entertaining and tranquil regions. The focal point of Bayfront Bliss was a patio that was custom designed from premium bluestone offering a durable yet sophisticated gathering surface. Native grasses and colorful perennials were planted around this patio to frame an area of natural beauty while supporting local biodiversity. Eco-friendly mulch and organic soil amendments were used to provide a sustainable environment for the garden. One of the major problems of this job was that there were steep gradients in various locations across the property, some of which were prone to erosion. Our team skillfully engineered a series of terraced gardens and made use of locally sourced stone walls which created dramatic levels that were visually appealing and managed runoff. Not only did this concept remediate the erosion problem, but it also added depth and texture to the landscape. Incorporating outdoor lighting was very important when considering the entire experience when using the space. Strategically placed LEDs were installed throughout the site which illuminated walking paths while accentuating the beauty of the mature trees and shrubbery, allowing enjoyment of the site after sundown. The sound of flowing water from a custom-built fountain framed one of the relaxing features of the . When the was finished the client was thrilled with the transition of their outdoor site into a beautiful, usable refuge. The design, construction and thorough approach of the detail-oriented program points to LandArt Associates’ commitment to quality within our field.
