Open-Air Living at LandArt Associates, LLC The Open-Air Living by LandArt Associates, LLC. took place in the heart of Ellicott City, Maryland. This transformed a traditional yard into a breathtaking outdoor living space which was centrally connected to nature and modern living. With quality materials and cutting-edge designs, our staff were able to create an space to foster relaxing and social interaction. The consisted of a beautiful multi-level patio made from natural stone pavers, with function and toughness, that was pleasing to the eye. We enhanced the outdoor experience with an outdoor kitchen, including a built-in grill and granite counter top for entertaining. Surrounding the patio were a series of lush native plant beds, providing seasonal color and texture. Our custom pergola encompassed the patio, inviting the use of the outdoor space throughout the year. One of the challenges for the property was sloping levels of terracing. Our established construction team is adept at creating a series of terraced gardens, which not only stabilize the soil but also created visual interest. We used environmentally friendly material and eco-friendly practices to build a low-maintenance landscape, appropriate for the local climate. The result was a thrilled client, who enjoyed traditional beauty and functional space. The successful , Open-Air Living, along with previous s, demonstrated the LandArt Associates commitment to quality craftsmanship and artistic landscapes and an ultimately perfect product for the communities we serve; including Baltimore, Columbia and beyond. Open-Air Living not only improved the aesthetics of their home. They now have a space for outdoor living and entertaining that reflects open-air living.
