Land Planning by Land Architect Studio Land Architect Studio is excited to share out latest , 'Land Planning,' a land scaping that has change the landscape of outdoor spaces and shared outdoor living in the great communities of Atlanta, Avondale Estates, Brookhaven, Buckhead and beyond. The initiative involved the design and installation of an adaptable landscape that integrates function and form with sustainable practices. Our team and client undertook an in-depth site analysis of the topography and existing vegetation of the property. We were faced within uneven topography of the site with several areas of poor drainage. We addressed these challenges by grading the site with contour lines for runoff and installing permeable pavers. Both of these actions added aesthetic values in design while managing rainwater to protect the landscape for the long haul. The included a mixture of native vegetation, ornamental trees, and various integrated hardscapes. We sourced quality materials like natural stone paths, reclaimed wood bench and feature boulders that would also provide a rustic-dressy atmosphere. Our team continued to focus on environmentally sensitive methods of landscape and irrigation systems, with plantings that are low-maintenance that fit within their local climate. The end product was a beautiful outdoor oasis that matched both leisure and function. The clients were able to enjoy seating areas, color through flower beds, and ponds to attract neighborhood wildlife. Once again, we provided a landscape that gave clients a sense of belonging, revived curb appeal, and a sense of community pride. Our skilled artisans take pride in thier introductory approach, and working with our clients to look after all the detail. In the end, the clients enjoyed a landscape new to their home that enables them to engage in leisure and reflects their lifestyle and beliefs.
