Waterfront Garden Milford, CT The Waterfront Garden in Milford, CT a signature by Austin Ganim Landscape Design, LLC is a testament to this special relationship, inviting nature's beauty into the client's vision and updating the backyard spa-like experience as a perfect outdoor escape. This displays a complex set of landscapes with a custom stone patio built with local bluestone to serve as a durable, stylish gathering point for friends and family. With a half exposed yard our team had to implement grade solutions to stop erosion, but take away the visual noise of earthworks. We included tiered planting beds of native vegetation that helps the garden blossom with seasonal color and sustains wildlife. Softly a babbling brook was introduced, setting an auditory background atmosphere into the room. To enhance the look, we took use of ambient light, which really accentuates the natural shape of the garden and lights right path at night. It was important to us that sustainable materials and earth-friendly practices be prioritized throughout the , in line with our guiding principle of environmental stewardship. And the end result is an incredible waterfront site that is both functional for the homeowners needs as well as a retreat they can enjoy throughout the year. The clients were overjoyed with their new outdoor oasis a place to unwind, host, and enjoy the beauty of nature right at home.
