Zellibor Residence by Pro Care Horticultural Services Located in the heart of Zionsville, the Zellibor Residence showcases Pro Care Horticultural Services' commitment to delivering exceptional landscape solutions. This , which was finalized shortly before the end of 2023, completely reimagined a traditional suburban yard and transformed it into an exquisite outdoor retreat that unites modern flair with the natural environment. The large scope of work included a full hardscape installation, including robust stone paths made from local limestone. The paths provide durability while integrating the landscape with the surrounding environment. A custom, stone fire pit consisting of natural boulders became the gathering point, inviting friends and family. Landscape design focus was placed on several tiered green gardens made of perennial plants native to the site. It was considered and managed to create blooms throughout the year, establishing biodiversity while reducing maintenance needs. The key challenge faced by Pro Care during this was to address the drainage issues present throughout the site. The drainage schemes employed provided a functional flow, while incorporating the beauty of lush lawns and gardens to preserve their success. Newly-acquired landscape lighting allowed to further enhance the aesthetic vision. The interior garden beds and paths were illuminated, which beautifully showcased foliage textures after dusk. The combination of design, plants and lighting completed the outdoor experience for both functionality and aesthetics, enticing for entertaining or relaxing beneath the stars. Ultimately, the end result was pleasing for the entire Zellibor family. Their newly renovated, landscaped yard allowed for a refuge which reflects their lifestyle, while improving quality of life.
