Measuring 150 ft, this beautifully engineered walkway increases the cleanliness + aesthetic of the property while providing a hardy + practical path for years to come. A comprehensive site analysis initiated the , enabling us to directly respond to the unique topographical issues of the site. Our experts worked to excavate and flatten the area, establishing a stable base and controlling drainage to prevent water collection. We chose durable, versatile interlocking concrete pavers in a deep, natural earth tone blend to blend in beautifully with the natural surroundings. With gentle curves, the sidewalk provides an inviting path through the garden marshaled along by sensibly located native plants that evoke the natural setting. The installation process was meticulous; each paver lined up precisely, and between each, what is called polymeric sand was filled to hold them in place while also preventing any weed growth. The first and foremost obstacle we faced were tree roots underneath that could potentially damage or even crack the path. We met this challenge head-on by introducing a raised border which allowed the roots to breathe, while itself being a nice architectural detail in the design. The end product was a beautiful and sleek sidewalk that turned the outdoor area into an aesthetically pleasing area that is a great for a walk or el hangout spot. As the client said, "the new walkway became one of the centerpieces of my landscape and fits like a glove."
