Burke Brothers Landscape Design/Build adds beauty and value to outdoor living spaces to communities from Abington to West Chester. The renovation entailed removing the old and outdated concrete walkway and patio area that both were an eyesore and practical issues that caused the homeowner a fair amount of trouble. Burke Brothers worked closely with the homeowner to not only follow their vision but to also deal with the drainage and slope problems that had plagued the space for years. We selected high-quality materials that were durable enough for outdoor use. The old concrete was replaced with natural stone pavers that harmonize with the surrounding environment. The new walkway has beautiful LED lighting that bathes the area in warmth for evening gatherings. The newly constructed patio has a custom-built fire pit to keep loved ones warm on chilly evenings spent outdoors. The former drainage issues were addressed by the expertise of our team who developed a complex grading system that incorporated permeable pavers and proper sloping techniques so the water could easily flow away from the home. The final delivered a warm and inviting outdoor oasis, with a perfect blend of functionality and beauty, housing any number of friends and family for entertainment or relaxation.
