Beattie | Designer: Mi Fiori Landscape LLC; Author Image Mi Fiori Landscape LLC recently finished a we like to call the 'Beattie' and it really demonstrates who we are and what we do in the beautiful Snohomish County. Located in the lively community of Duvall, this all-encompassing landscape transformation marries contemporary style with nature to align with the client's dream. The centerpiece of the involved designing a beautiful outdoor living area featuring a multi-level flagstone patio utilizing locally sourced stone that blends seamlessly into the nearby landscape. Bespoke benches filled with soft weather-proof cushions provide spots for relaxation, while a built-in fire pit serves as the centerpiece for evenings under the stars. We added native plant and perennial diversity to create texture and color throughout the seasons and promote local biodiversity. It was not without its challenges one of which being that the property was quite hilly. Using a variety of fantastic rock, our team carefully graded the landscape to establish a functional and aesthetic flow, with natural stone retaining walls throughout to control erosion and define garden beds. Adding a cutting-edge irrigation will literally bring this dream to life again, bringing sustainability and ensuring that all the green-grove will flourish in a carefree manner. The Beattie is now a beautiful landscape feature upgrading the street appeal of the property and adding quality of life for the client. Through a dedicated work of fine craftsmanship and detail, Mi Fiori Landscape LLC turned the Beattie home into a retreat that complements the natural surroundings, pleasing our clients and raising the outdoor living standard throughout the Cathcart and surrounding areas. Whether hosting family celebrations or a quiet night in, the Beattie is just another representation of our love of landscape design and commitment to providing clients with what they really want.
