About This Project

Title: 'Modern Home' by Mi Fiori Landscape LLC Perched high above Snohomish County, 'Modern Home' in terms of a small scale firm set up by Mi Fiori Landscape LLC, is yet another example of our work quality and style. We converted this house in order to be used as an beautiful outdoor oasis that reaches the residents and tourists of Cathcart, Clearview, Cottage Lake and beyond. The included a total landscape renovation incorporating modern elements with environmental sustainability. Notable elements include a geometric patio paved with high-end porcelain tiles, giving the space an inviting but durable surface for outdoor entertainment. To create a warm, attractive focus for those evenings with friends and family, we built a custom fire pit with natural stone seating around the fire pit. We used colourful, low maintenance native plants, which not only beautify the , but also support local biodiversity. An intentional selection of plants, including flowering shrubs and ornamental grasses with four-season impact. In addition, it had a complicated irrigation system, so that every plant got adequate care without losing water! The property itself also posed some specific challenges during the with the sloped terrain. We installed tiered planting beds and tiered walls with stone reclaimed from the area that added both utility and a beautiful character to the landscape. This well-considered design maximised space usage while enhancing soil stability and drainage. The end result is a singular outdoor space, an complimentary extension to the homes modern architecture. The homeowners were overjoyed with the final result, and with Mi Fiori Landscape LLC balance of style and nature. Focusing on the is our specialty, and we crafted every aspect of this space with beauty in mind, allowing 'Modern Home' to be not just an ordinary house in the neighborhood, but an extraordinary home approached!
