About This Project

Modern Approach by Living Earth Designs Located in Denver, Living Earth Designs was recently engaged to complete a landscaping called 'Modern Approach.' This completely enhanced our clients' outdoor living experience. We serve many amazing communities, including Applewood, Arvada, Aurora, and more, and we were thoughtful in our design to incorporate beautiful style with functionality. The began with beautiful hardscape and softscape, together, entering the backyard, we created a beautiful, geometric patio. These beautiful porcelain pavers offered both durability and beauty. Once we entered the patio, we started placing beautiful native plant species that attract beautiful wildlife, and are well suited to our climate, minimizing any irrigation requirement. We created a natural stone feature wall, that offers a beautiful texture to the overall landscape and softens the space beyond the area. One of our larger challenges was dealing with the unevenness of the site, so our team graded the area to provide adequate drainage and minimize erosion while maintaining the overall aesthetic flow. We also included a fully capable irrigation system that minimizes water usage while maintaining the wonderful plantings throughout. The overall outcome is a shiny and modern aesthetic, along with flora that creates a pleasing design that makes the client smile when they enter the space. The patio brings guests together in a seating area and the planting immerses guests into the landscape. 'Modern Approach' improved the curb appeal of the home and provided a retreat for their family to enjoy outside with their family and friends. Living Earth Designs prides itself in attention to detail, careful craftsmanship, and transforming any landscape into a beautiful, usable space.
