About This Project

Ashburn Arundell Court HEMAX Construction Services & Landscaping, LLC, features the Ashburn - Arundell Court a natural color palette and artistic aesthetic. Tucked away in the middle of Ashburn, this was a full renovation of a large residential landscape to accommodate the specific preferences and lifestyles of our valued clients. When we consulted, it was revealed that the clients wanted an outdoor space beaming with activity but also be functional; complete with entertainment area, relaxation space and of course for gardening. After extensive planning, we came up with a design with a large patio, utilizing natural stone pavers that serve not just beauty but last a lifetime. We were presented with opportunities in the form of the challenge of extremely uneven ground and a drainage problem that threatened the integrity of the . Our experienced team skillfully graded the lot, and installed an elaborate drainage system, managing water flow and eliminating future issues. Now it is a perfectly flattened out area ready to serve as a stunning outdoor space. To brighten up the landscape with seasonal color, low-maintenance perennials, shrubs, and ornamental trees were selected. Accent lighting was installed to add character, allowing the outdoor space to blossom after sunset. A bespoke fire pit for winter hanging out and concrete edged flower beds for colour over the seasons rounded off the landscaping nicely. Our clients were thrilled by their newly functional outdoor space and the feedback we received was amazing. However, at HEMAX we take our quality of control and precision to each seriously.
