Sleek & Modern by the Beach Juniper Landscape Companies & Design Journeys is so proud of this transformation of an oceanfront property into "Sleek & Modern by the Beach". This highlights our commitment to quality and innovation in landscaping, located in the heart of our coastal community. The elegant and simple design utilizes a selection of native plants that flourish naturally in the San Diego climate. We planted succulents and ornamental grasses that are drought-resistant, demonstrating sustainability and proper maintenance while making the property look more attractive. Another noteworthy aspect is the large-format porcelain tiles that make up the clean pathways and patio spaces; they provide a seamless transition between the indoors and spacious outdoor oasis. This Property had a Slope, and that presented some initial challenges to this . We designed an effective, tiered garden that not only maximized space but also worked to drain water allowing the landscape to stand up to coastal elements. A contemporary irrigation system that maintains a vibrant and green landscape while consuming minimal water was also installed. The end result is an exquisite designed backyard oasis that reflects elegance and peace. Large areas to lounge and seating, complemented with lighting that enhances the properties features during the night time really create a warm setting. With a focus on detail and craftsmanship, we brought our clients vision to life, creating a landscape that communicates seamlessly with their new home and embraces the striking Coastline.
