This landscaping is located in the beautiful Pacific Northwest and encompasses our culture of excellence and creativity in outdoor environments. The highlight of this particular was the beautiful multi-tiered waterfall that flows seamlessly into a calm pond, providing the natural sounds of flowing water to the already peaceful garden space. With nature in mind, we handpicked a variety of natural stone materials that matched the existing landscape and our desired results in a seamless way, enhancing the overall beauty of the property. We selected each stone for its own unique texture and color that reflects the natural environment. One significant challenge was the sloping landscape of the property. We carefully graded the landscape so that the water feature would flow greatly while keeping aesthetic interests in mind. We also installed a water filtration system to keep the water clear and healthy for the plants and wildlife to thrive within that sustains the feature. We designed the landscape surrounding the water feature with native plants that naturalize nicely with beautiful color and texture through the seasons. We also carefully placed boulders and gravel paths around to allow visitors and homeowners to meander and visit the water feature to truly enjoy the experience of the backyard. In the end, the water feature turned out to be a spectacular installation that texture and beauty to the setting, helping to create an inviting oasis for the homeowner and a beautiful focal point to the garden. The homeowner was very proud of how the feature transformed back into a picturesque backyard to spend time in and share with friends.
