For the contemporary softscape, our team used high-grade redwood for its longevity and vibrant color, adding warmth to the landscape. OSB horizontal board design was carefully chosen to achieve a modern aesthetic which complemented the home contemporary architecture. The boards were spaced well apart, so they ventilated and lit well; while, at the same time, maintaining intimacy. The property had slope so naturally this brought a unique approach that needed to be developed to provide a level installation without contorting the integrity of the wood. A slight challenge arose when our skilled craftsmen had to use the advanced techniques to ensure the fence was held solid and securely to overcome this." What the result is a beautiful modern looking fence that both clearly defines the property line and is also a beautiful background for the lush gardens and outdoor living area. The client was overjoyed with the result, stating that the new fence is great because it allows them to feel safe whilst blending with nature.
