About This Project

Encinitas Bob's Residence Thanks to our high standards for quality craftsmanship, we landed this , in which we turned around Bob's residence in Encinitas and achieved very minimum cost for unnecessary low quality redesign work. Located in the marine layer apparel of coastal California, this residential landscape needed careful planning and implementation to blend with the low-rise seaside landscape. Low-water-use plants, natives, succulents, and flowering shrubs that are characteristic of the natural setting in this part of the world fill this landscape, and the design celebrates sustainability as well. Using the finest materials as the essentials, we had our craftspersons install pure stone pathways from nearby, and hand-crafted wooden trellises that lead to a perfect seamless transition between the indoors and outdoors. The site conditions were a challenge with the grading and drainage not being too good. Our experts found their way around these challenges with a detailed grading plan, and a state of the art drainage system leaving them assured that their landscape will stay intact even after a torrential downpour. This is the end result a tranquil sanctuary complete with a beautiful water feature for an audible backdrop and an inviting fire pit area ideal for entertaining. With comfortable seating and atmospheric lighting, Bob and his family can enjoy the outdoor living space in their garden at all hours. Not only did this improve the visual capability of the property, but it also created an outdoor space that the family will get years of enjoyment out of.
