'Native and Pollinators' by Wilson's Natural Landscaping, LLC In the middle of the Carolinas, Wilson's Natural Landscaping, LLC has launched the 'Native and Pollinators' to celebrate sustainability and biodiversity. This serves Concord, Fairview, Kannapolis, Locust, and beyond. We organized a useable area for native pollinators to thrive and the natural beauty of the landscaping to be enhanced. The selected native plants consisted of butterfly milkweed, coneflowers, and black-eyed Susans, specifically for the native range adaptive to climate and soil. We used organic compost and natural mulch solely to maintain soil health and a lightweight footprint. The blooming plan developed was a mix of flowering plants organized to bloom continuously throughout the seasons, all complemented without needing to detract from the aesthetic view of the landscape. One significant urban challenge was the existing hardscape throughout the property. The team was able to articulate and accommodate areas not being utilized by using permeable pathways out of locally sourced stone. This facilitated water to drain quickly while also reducing soil erosion. Also, to manage runoff, we originally created a rain garden to beautify the landscape and promote biodiversity Of native plants, we also consider the ecological impact of the environment. Ultimately, the result was an amazing landscape that delighted the client and welcomed pollinators engaged with the rejuvenated landscape. It is now a comfortable place to visit with a nice seating area surrounded by fragrant blooming plants and buzzing bees. Overall, the provided a healthy spot for the family's sanctuary and wildlife habitat. This landscape is a verified record of our quality detailing in craftsmanship and respects the environment.
