The encompassed an extensive landscaping , combining natural beauty and modern design features for a flow of outdoor living. The process began with a thorough site analysis, during which we were able to recognize the existing topography and plant material. The native plant material was selected based on how it could take advantage of the existing biodiversity of the area and to prioritize sustainability. A beautiful stone cobbled path, using locally-sourced flagstone, led through the space and directly to the beautiful central water featureand all the sound that it provides. A key challenge to this was to incorporate the existing mature oak trees in the design with keeping their best health as the priority. Our skilled team utilized precision techniques to create a seamless transition between the hardscaping and softscaping components while taking care to allow space for the trees to thrive with the new additions. We had to manage drainage as well, which was completed effectively with a good grading design incorporating French drains in appropriate areas. The final landscape plan involved incorporating colorful perennial flower beds, a lush lawn area, and ornamental shrubs for color and textures throughout the seasons. There is an inviting outdoor living space with a custom fire pit and seating that welcomes gathering family and evenings spending time.
