It is situated on top of a lovely hillside, a that integrates nature and creative play and provides an amazing outdoor place in which children and adults can thrive. The features an expansive terrace that is landscaped with native plants adapted to the area and providing habitat for native pollinators. Durable, sustainable, and eco-friendly materials have been used throughout the , including permeable pavers for water to drain through, which supports the environment. The highlight of the is a custom, multi-level play structure built from sustainably sourced timber, that provides children the opportunity to play and be adventurous in a safe outdoor environment. Scarlett's team faced challenges with the steepness of the site and rocky quality of the soil, both of which require unique landscaping design and techniques to leverage the site.
