The process began with a site visit, as we needed to determine what the owner wanted. The owner wanted a beautiful low-maintenance green space that could withstand the elements of Southern California, along with the wear and tear of children and pets playing on it. Some challenges we had during the build were the sloping and uneven yard, and existing landscaping features that had to be worked into the final . After a thorough excavation of existing vegetation and soil, we made sure the site had proper drainage and a flat base. The installation began with a weed barrier, and then leveled crushed stone was laid on top of that to promote drainage. The exciting part of the install was installing the Rincon 80oz grass, which provides a lifelike look on any farm while offering amazing durability! The finished is a beautiful, bright, vibrant lawn that enhances the property's curb appeal, provides a space for family gatherings, outdoor play, and everything in between, and the owner was extremely happy with the end result!
