Coffee Park Fire Rebuild | Zenful Gardens and Landscaping One of our most notable s is the life-renewing 'Coffee Park Fire Rebuild' in the heart of Santa Rosa, which not only redesigned and replanted a local community asset, but exemplified our values of craftsmanship and low-impact organic design. After the fire our team created an innovative design to regenerate, adapt and thrive. It contained a mixture of indigenous, drought-tolerant and colourful plants for residents and visitors to enjoy throughout the different seasons. Using sustainable materials such as permeable pavers will make pathways and reclaimed wood a visually pleasing place for visitors to interface with the farm. One of the major challenges we had was handling the diverse topography of the site in terms of drainage and erosion control. Our incredible crews graded the property and installed boulders and retaining walls in the most effective ways to improve the aesthetics of the land while also managing all potential runoff. The end product is a vivid blend of greenery, amenity space and an artfully integrated bespoke children’s play area that sits comfortably within the rich context of natural greenery. The community feedback has been really great, everyone is happy it is back and serves as a gathering point for neighbors and families. We turn challenges into our canvas and fill the outlines with beauty and connectivity here at Zenful Gardens. Completed in January 2022, the Coffee Park Fire Rebuild can be a representation of our commitment to quality craftsmanship, environmental stewardship, and community resilience in the places we buildBlooffield, Bodega, and across Napa and Marin CountyWell-Built Homes of the North Bay.
