This major renovation is an indication of our high quality of work, creativity and customer satisfaction. The consisted of a unique hardscape, an attractive stone path winding throughout the property allowing easy access and beauty to behold. The flagstones used are of local supply to withstand the forces of nature and their location will complement the surrounding landscape. A dry creek bed was put into the for the purpose of controlling the course of the run-off of water, a good to preserve nature and enhance the purpose of the landscaping. It was felt that to accomplish this task it would be in the best interest of all concerned to have a using as many native plants as possible, thereby creating a new environment to insure the minimum of care which it would require. The team of Zuniga Group, Inc. was equipped with plants that will grow in drought conditions such as California poppies and agave cactus, thereby creating in itself an attractive view while growing in the environment surrounding it and adapted for successful living. These plants also enhance the many branches of life existing in nature. One of the major problems encountered in the job was the uneven surface of the property which demanded filling in, grading and stabilization as to the soil before success could be achieved on the landscaping. This took place through the efforts of the skilled workmen on the who took it upon themselves to obtain the desired results. As a result the area is now a magnificent tent-like garden which blends themselves with an extraordinary style of architecture, producing a beautiful watering hole for quietude and gossip.
