This special space was built to combine luxury and function for family gatherings and entertaining friends. The includes a beautiful, custom built pavilion that creates plenty of shade and shelter that enhances the outdoors. Built using premium cedar wood with a high-quality metal roof, the pavilion will stand up to the weather while creating a lovely inviting place to enjoy. The pavilion has built-in lighting and ceiling fans for comfort, making sure the outdoor experience can be enjoyed 365 days a year. The pavilion includes a brand-new outdoor kitchen that was designed with exacting detail that includes all stainless-steel accessories including a grill, refrigerator and beautiful granite counter tops. This functional space allows the chef to impress guests and create authentic moments and laughter while being part of the indoor/outdoor living. A custom stone firepit is the anchor for the space and offers warmth and coziness on evenings. Built with locally grown natural stone the fireplace was thoughtfully designed to blend perfectly in the existing landscape and bring together nature and structure. There were numerous challenges as the property sloped in the direction of the patio. Additionally, there was dense existing vegetation that was very important to the owner to not disturb and minimize effects on the surroundings. Our team employed and follow and engineered and landscape grading plan which curated and directed the drainage with the decks on the property. Native shrubs were included and planted and perennial exploding of color of flowers were framed through the in interspersed and multi-seasonal fashion maximizing beauty. Ultimately this became a beautiful outdoor area that not only met expectations but exceeded them beautifully creating a perfect place for memories.
