File: Harris North Boise by Modern Landscape The Harris North Boise is nestled into the quiet neighborhood of North Boise, showcasing Modern Landscape’s dedication to quality and creativity with its designs. Over 2,500 square feet, this new home integrates contemporary design and sustainability. The also comprised a beautiful hardscape of natural stone walkways and custom concrete patios interlinking different outdoor living spaces. Basalt stone from the local neighbourhood not only adds aesthetic value but is a very strong stone that withstands all weather conditions as per the Minnesota Climate and can keep intact for ages. Our landscape team chose a variety of native plants that grow well within the Idaho climate's confines: a few colorful wildflowers and drought-resistant shrubs to bring life to the area. Such a choice not only helps preserve local biodiversity but saves on water, as noted in eco-friendly practices. The sloped land posed one of the biggest challenges of the . Our experienced team created tiered garden beds from retaining walls composed of natural timber to provide both structure and a touch of rustic feel to the design. Such slopes can be a challenge so this was a great solution to split the slope in two to turn it into both functional and beautiful garden feature. The end product is a stunning outdoor oasis with a bespoke firepit and stylish seating that will bring families together for endless evenings beneath the stars. Not only does the multi-stage landscape beautifully increase the value of the property but also serves as a lovely outdoor escape for the home. The Harris North Boise is a great example of the quality, creativity, and service that Modern Landscape strives to deliver. We have changed the homeowners yard to something they are incredibly pleased with having and being able to enjoy the most out of.
