Weston - Landscaping Redefined by Living Spaces By Kimberly Located in the heart of the Greater Pittsburgh Metropolitan Area, the Weston exhibits the extensive craftsmanship and innovative design principles of Living Spaces By Kimberly. We were invited to transform a residential property with an expansive landscape that combines function with beauty. The was composed of many lovely components. One of which was the custom bluestone patio that was equally sited and constructed from locally quarried material; it serves as a lovely gathering location for family and friends. The also included raised garden beds made of reclaimed wood. They assisted in adding visual interest to that area while also creating a lovely place for the homeowner to grow vegetables and herbs. One of the things we encountered was a largely sloped site. Our talented landscape architects took advantage of the slope of the site to create a tiered garden utilizing natural boulders and native plantings that formed an aesthetically pleasing and eco-friendly space. The implementation of plants in this sloped area not only looks beautiful but also helps the water drain appropriately and the soil remain stable. We also integrated a lighting package that showcased the natural beauty of the site after dark, allowing them to use their outdoor oasis long after the sun set. The strategically placed LED fixtures not only lit pathways but also illuminated focal points to bring a sense of safety and fairytale ambiance no matter what time of day. Overall, the Weston came out above and beyond the client's hopes and produced an outdoor escape that brought together their individual style while increasing the overall value of their property. Living Spaces By Kimberly prides itself on completing and producing quality work by paying attention to every detail to create a unique masterpiece. We look forward to even more s like the Weston , as we think they exemplify our brand of quality landscaping that becomes a useable space that is as much beautiful as it is functional for years to come.
