We started with an extensive consultation, to get to know our client, their vision and their everyday lifestyle requirements. It featured the same high-quality artificial grass that never needs watering, and was incredibly realistic and hardy, allowing for a green space around the clock without the maintenance of a conventional garden. We chose premium putt surface for real golfer experience, with custom contours and undulations brought straight from real golf courses. Our biggest challenge was grading and drainage, that combined with the slope of the backyard posed performance and longevity challenges to the putting green. Our professional crew graded the site properly, ensuring that a strong drainage system was in place to ensure that water would not pool and the turf would stay intact. In addition to the putting green we incorporated lush landscaping elements around the sod area that included native Texas plants and decorative boulders creative to match the natural setting. Not only does this make the appearance better but it also encourages sustainability with drought-tolerant plants which do well with little to no watering. The end result is a stunning backyard oasis that you want to relax and play in.
