This located in the heart of North Dallas incorporated an engaging elements for family entertainment, yet a comfortable atmosphere for evening gatherings! At the heart of this landscape is an amazing custom stone firepit made from durable local flagstone to ensure both years of usability and beauty. We had natural stone laid in a circular layout surrounding the firepit to create a seating area which encourages family and friends to sit around the warmth of the flames. Added to said are strategically placed LED landscape lighting through out that allows for the space to come alive when the sun goes down. Next to the firepit, we created a swingset spot using well-constructed, durable outdoor products that can stand up to rain, wind, waves; but are also safe for kids. White Because it features environmentally friendly wood, the swingset uses the eco-friendly while maintaining its strength level. We used soft, thick sod along with ornamental grasses to create a natural barrier between play and the calmness of rest, softening the site aesthetically and physically. Grayscape dealt with challenges throughout the by accommodating for uneven dirt and presenting proper drainage solutions. The ground was nicely leveled by our professionals and a drainage system was created to ensure that water is directed away from the firepit, conserving its function and aesthetics. The end result is a seamless balance of leisure and usability, where each component fulfills a role, yet all fit into the overall aesthetic. The happy client now has an outdoor space that he can use for family gatherings, summer barbecues and a relaxing fire at night.
