Pepperwood Completed by: Decorative Landscaping The Pepperwood is located in the beautiful Utah foothills showing off the artistic craftsmanship and design capabilities that Decorative Landscaping is known for. We serve the communities of Alpine, American Fork, Bluffdale, Cedar Hills, Draper, and Highland to a few, and this beautifully ties together function with beauty. From the start, our team identified there was a slope to the land that would require some consideration with drainage and erosion concern. To address these issues, we used quality native stone as retaining walls to build tiered garden beds that stabilize the hillside and add beautiful depth to the landscape. The earthy native stone blends perfectly with the selection of colorfully seasonal plants, that will consist of drought tolerant perennials and shrubs that were thrown in, which is perfect for our climate! Not only did we have beautiful hardscaping features, but we installed a custom path of permeable pavers, which allows rainwater to filter naturally back into the ground while giving guest access through a beautiful assortment of greenery/season seasonal plants. Finally, we included a peaceful water feature with cascading fountains that allow for soothing sounds of relaxing water. The Pepperwood is a beautiful result of the merging of creative landscaping, and nature that the clients were thrilled with! They had a vision and we delivered a wonderful entertainment space for family gatherings while adding value to their home. The is a beautiful combination of stunning design work, quality materials, and creative solutions from Decorative Landscaping to make a space from a challenging site a beautiful oasis for years to come.
