3D Design-Video by Nanette Injeski Land Design LLC At Nanette Injeski Land Design LLC, we are excited to share our newest “3D Design-Video” , a complete landscaping makeover with a commitment to creativity and precision. We provide services to the great communities of Ahwatukee, Glendale, Laveen, Paradise Valley, Peoria, Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Tempe Junction, Rio Verde, Chandler, Fountain Hills, Cave Creek, Carefree, Mesa, East Valley, Sedona. The clients wanted a colorful and functional outdoor space that visually incorporated a variety of gardens, pathways, and seating areas. We used 3D design software to visualize what the client intended before any work was done. This cutting-edge design process also showed us where we would run into potential problems, including uneven areas, lack of sunlight, and other site-specific constraints that we worked to solve. We incorporated low-water-use native plants, including such drought-tolerant species such as agave and desert marigolds to enhance some of these elements to build a sustainable and visually appealing landscape. We also desired to utilize materials that would stand up to the Arizona elements, such as natural stone pathways and reclaimed wood for seating, and wanted to connect our design back to nature to the greatest extent possible. There were several challenges, including some site-specific concerns, such as existing irrigation, and making sure drainage worked well. Our crew of talented craftsmen and women were able to overcome these and other issues in style to deliver excellent design, have the appropriate water management options in place, and achieve a usable and sustainable space. The end result was the client was delighted with a beautiful interplay of color, texture and functional space that was a great restful oasis to enjoy with family or a quiet evening star-gazing. The 3D Design-Video not only reflected the work we did but also provided the client a fond visual trip of previewing the space we were enhancing from concept to landscape through the whole design-build process of Demo, installation, and finish work.
