Residential Design & Installation by Nanette Injeski Land Design LLC Located in the heart of Phoenix, the “Residential Design & Installation” by Nanette Injeski Land Design LLC defines the work of transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful escapes. We worked in a variety of locations from Ahwatukee to Scottsdale to Sedona, and welcomed the opportunity to create a unique landscape that would work with the natural surrounding landscape while fulfilling the dreams of our client. This included the careful selection of native plants and drought-tolerant landscaping along with beautiful hardscapes. Pathways created from the locally quarried flagstone were designed to wind through the garden to lead guests past flower beds and different and comfortable seating areas. The water feature created a focal point while adding beautiful sounds and serenity to the space. One of the significant challenges, in addition to steep terrain, was the grading as the clients had just moved in and the yard required innovation to ensure proper drainage, access and usability. Materials used included permeable pavers, and sustainable mulch that allowed for our eco-focus while managing these challenges. As you can see in the end, the beautiful landscape enhances curb appeal; it creates an outdoor experience for gatherings or for enjoying quiet time at night. The client was ecstatic and shared that their landscaping now reflected their lifestyle and created joy every day.
