This was a full renovation of the front & back yards witch turned the exterior into a beautiful & functional space. home was designed to meet the needs of the home owner. Completely redesigned front and back yards, focusing on curb appeal and outdoor enjoyment. We planted a nice variety of native flowering plants that are designed to grow well in this area and attract pollinators in the front yard. The landscape design process consisted of creating a new flagstone pathway to lead to the new porch, improving access and aesthetics. We secured locally sourced stone and unique edge-cut pavers that blend with the natural environment and are crafted to last forever. We had a bit of a sloped surface back there, but we were able to level out the ground to create a huge backyard space for entertainment. We added a large patio area that has gorgeous seating areas in which to entertain guests or host family get-togethers. In replacing a rotting wooden deck, the backyard included a custom-built fire pit to serve as a nighttime gathering focal point to provide warmth, light, and ambiance as part of the surrounding perennial beds. We installed a living fence made of evergreen shrubs to create privacy and a calm space, as evergreen is always green and dampening sound. We integrated sustainable practices using drought-resistant plants and a rain garden for water runoff management. The end product was a stunning vista that both added value the property and a retreat for the clients to enjoy for many years to come.
