An example of this effort is our most recent , titled "First Impression," which demonstrates our attention to detail and creativity to transform the curb appeal for a lovely home within 60 miles of MS. Consultation phaseThe starting point of every is a proper consultation where the client explains what they want to achieve through the . Then we created a plan for important landscaping features that would beautify the property but also function well. Our design used a chic combination of native plants, colourful seasonal blooms, and carefully placed shrubs, all of which can work with the local climate and soil conditions. A custom stone path made of local limestone was installed as one of the more notable aspects of this . This path not only directs visitors through the garden, but also is in perfect balance with the surrounding nature. Using permeable pavers on the driveway kept the water running free and made it sustainable by not creating any ponding of water. One of the bigger challenges of the was the extremely ungradeable terrain, which we managed creatively. We used our export precision shoveling technique to level out ground to create tiered flower beds with our specialized import bulldozers for the ultimate wow factor. We implemented discreet yet efficient irrigation so every plant gets water while preserving some resources. The end result was nothing if not aesthetic. Together, it complemented the greenery and flowers elegantly as the stone path formed a welcoming appearance, which were all just what our client had hoped for their guests to enjoy. Not only did this make the property more aesthetically pleasing, but the value also increased as well. Magnolia Green LLC understands that every detail matters.
